Returning a product from Metropolitan France


A problem of size, of color ? Return shipping is free from France. You have 14 days following the reception of your order to return the article which would not be convenient for you. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, in perfect condition, and with the tag still attached. Thank you!

Here is how to proceed:

1. Go to your customer account where you can generate a return label and choose a drop-off location for your package. And if you don't have a customer account, write to us at bonjour@tranzat.fr to make your return request.

2. Please insert in your parcel the slip by selecting the product(s) you are returning.

3. Stick the label on the package and drop it off at the chosen drop-off location.

3. Once we receive your return, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email to confirm the refund.

Returning a product from another country 


A problem of size or color? Don't worry, you have 14 days following the reception of your order to return the article which would not be convenient for you. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, in perfect condition, and with the tag still attached. Thank you! You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Here is how to proceed:

1. Write to us at bonjour@tranzat.fr to inform us of the return of your order.

2. Please insert in your package the return slip by selecting the product(s) you are returning.

3. Return the parcel to the address indicated below:
TRANZAT - 10 rue Bapst - 92 600 Asnières Sur Seine

4. Once we receive your return, we do our best to treat it as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail to confirm you the refund.

Exchange a product

We don't do standard exchanges on our website. For a new size, another model or another color, just place an order on our website!
